  • Terms and Conditions

    All exhibitors must have their own insurance. For clarity purposes, exhibitors shall obtain, at their own expense, adequate liability for any loss, damage or injury related to his/her own site/booth (or other sites if related to your activity). The security staff shall in no circumstances be under any liability for damage, loss or theft. MAKE IT HAPPEN EVENTS INC shall in no circumstances be under any liability for damage, loss, theft or injury. MAKE IT HAPPEN EVENTS INC will take the necessary measures to insure the protection of the Vendor’s products, health and safety.
  • Payment Terms

    Upon acceptance an electronic invoice will be sent. Payments can be paid via credit card (through Square), email money transfer or cheque.
    CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Before May 1, 2019: An exhibitor may cancel their exhibitor space with written notice to show management before May 1, 2019, in which case the exhibitor will be refunded in full less an administration fee of 10% of the booth fee.

    Between May 1 – August 1, 2019: An exhibitor may cancel their exhibitor space with written notice to show management between May 1 – August 1, 2019, in which case the exhibitor will be refunded in full less an administration fee of 25% of the booth fee.

    After September 1, 2019: If the Exhibitor cancels after such date, the exhibitor will be responsible for the full contract price.
